What’s new in Kitch.

Updated September 11, 2026: Kitch publishes only through supported connected accounts when the corresponding platform connection is operational. Instagram and Facebook are the current connected-publishing focus. TikTok is not part of the live publishing promise yet.

Kitch Social brings the design studio, caption drafting and scheduling into the same restaurant dashboard. When a supported Instagram or Facebook account is connected and the Meta publishing capability is ready, a scheduled post can publish through that connection without someone manually posting it at the scheduled time.

What's included:

• Design Studio — on-brand post templates using your restaurant's colours and typeface. Upload a photo, add the headline and detail, then review the result.
• AI caption writer — describe the post in one line ("lamb special, limited plates, Friday only") and Kitch can draft a caption for the selected platform.
• Visual scheduler — calendar view of upcoming posts across supported connected platforms.
• Scheduled publishing — Kitch checks for due posts and can publish through the supported platform API when that account connection is operational.
• Instagram · Facebook — supported connected Instagram and Facebook accounts are the current publishing focus. TikTok publishing is coming soon.

Setup: connect a supported account from Settings → Social platforms. Kitch stores the OAuth access needed for the connection securely. Each restaurant publishes through its own connected account.

Kitch QR is live. Point a code at your live menu or any URL, label each by table, and download SVG or 300 DPI PNG — or bulk-export your entire floor in one go, every code uniquely tagged. Scan analytics show which tables scan most and when.

Kitch QR is embedded in your dashboard under QR Codes. It is not a separate subscription; availability follows the capabilities included with your current Kitch plan and the page it points at.

Changes you make to your live data — menu items, hours, and promos — now take effect immediately, with no separate draft-and-publish step to remember. Say what changed; guests see it before the next table sits down.

The Design Studio turns your dashboard into a lightweight design tool: pick a layout, make it yours with your copy and palette, and export print- and post-ready graphics (PNG, JPEG, SVG). Built for operators who don't have a design team.
